I offer two programmes built around your life — a 12-week foundation journey and a 6-month transformation. Both include personalised 1:1 coaching, WhatsApp support, blood sugar and nutrition education, and tools that actually last.
I’m Catherine — women’s health coach, single mum, and someone who knows first-hand what it feels like to be overwhelmed, out of balance and searching for answers.
My own journey through coeliac disease, grief and years of unexplained symptoms is what led me here. I understand what it’s like to feel unheard by the medical system and to carry things quietly while still showing up for everyone else.
That’s exactly why I created Healing Her Softly.
